Theron::Actor	The actor baseclass
Theron::ActorRef	Used to reference an actor in user code
Theron::Address	The unique address of an entity that can send or receive messages
Theron::AllocatorManager	Singleton class that manages allocators for use by Theron
Theron::DefaultAllocator	A simple general purpose memory allocator used by default
